Reconnective Healing® can be very effective by distance healing. It simply requires you to lie down for 30 minutes and close your eyes, somewhere you will not be disturbed. Then just notice anything that occurs. You may feel physical sensations, or emotions, or just feel very relaxed. Reconnective Healing® continues working with you long after the session is over. Be sure to stay hydrated after the healing session by drinking a glass of water.
Up to 3 sessions are recommended.
